PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IN FULL DUE TO HIGHLY IMPORTANT INFORMATION WITH REGARDS TO YOUR STAY / VISIT AT RIVERSIDE FARM / RIVERSIDE FARM CAMPSITE:

As of June 2023 Riverside Farm campsite / Riverside Farm, Guildford Rd, Rudgwick, W.Sussex, Horsham, RH12 3HZ has new rules & procedures in place you MUST adhere to, follow, agree to, understand and fully accept our rulings prior to your visit / stay. On receiving this document and choosing to still visit / stay you are fully aware, understanding, and responsible for yourself, family / families, friend/s and party / parties / & guests booking & visit. It is your chosen right on behalf of your party, parties, family / families, friend/s, booking for your actions, trip / visit / stay with us.  

Riverside Farm campsite, Riverside Farm do not take / accept any liability for loss, harm, ill health, damages, injury or death of any persons or their property caused whilst freely visiting or from a staying paying guest / visitor. No refunds shall also be given on monies spent on your visit / stay / trip with us. If you do not cancel your stay within the 24 hour cooling off period after the booking is made full payment shall be required or invoiced for.

YOU MUST BE FULLY AWARE YOU ARE STAYING AT RIVERSIDE FARM / RIVERSIDE FARM CAMPSITE FULLY AT YOUR OWN RISK AT ALL TIMES, THIS GOES FOR YOU, YOUR FRIEND/S, FAMILY / FAMILIES, PARTY / PARTIES & GUEST VISITOR!

No financial lawsuits shall be able to proceed on any terms by adhering to these T&C’s sent on behalf of Riverside Farm’s campsite, campsite owners / Riverside Farm’s farm owners or as a company. By being sent these T&C’s to one individual of the party / parties / person / persons staying you have ALL FULLY ACCEPTED the agreement to Riverside Farm’s / Riverside Farm's campsites T&C’S on your entire / whole parties / party / friend/s, family / families & guests or visitors behalf fully, it’s now your responsibility to share these details on our behalf to all. No signed agreement is needed you are fully in agreement by reading these T&C’s for all members and by entering the site have agreed in full and taken full responsibility of your visit / stay / trip. These terms are for and on behalf of Mr, Mrs & Miss Ryan and take all liability away from Mr, Mrs & Miss Ryan fully by your acceptance on completing the reading of these terms, rules, and regulations.

Monday - Thursday
11.00 - 13.00 or 17.00 - 19.00

Fridays and Saturdays (April - September, otherwise as above)
11.00 - 19.00

Sundays
11.00 - 14.00 (or pre-arranged times if available)

THE TOP GATES ARE ELECTRIC, PLEASE PUSH, HOLD & RELEASE THE BUTTON PROVIDED, LET THE GATE FULLY OPEN – NOT BREAKING THE SENSOR OTHERWISE THE GATES SHALL STOP OPENING, DRIVE IN ONLY WHEN FULLY OPEN, THE GATES WILL SHUT AUTOMATICALLY BEHIND YOU.

Beep your horn once by the camping gate – you will see a sign stating RECEPTION / WAIT HERE, (not the top / first gate you come to) before entering the camping field and someone shall meet you, please wait patiently. If you are however not met in an unlikely circumstance, please feel free to come and find us as we may be with other campers on your arrival helping set them up. Please respect our property driving SLOWLY AT ALL TIMES – NO FASTER THAN 5MPH ON SITE, this is our home also and our animals.

Rules of Riverside Farm / Riverside Farm Campsite:

Any of the below can result in the owners or staff members of Riverside Farm / Riverside Farm campsite to ban you immediately from the campsite and you shall be asked to leave without any refund, Fines can be issues from £50-£500. 

• No bad manners are tolerated, this includes shouting, aggression or the use of bad or foul
language.

• No illegal drugs on the campsite.

• No walking around the campsite with alcohol, alcohol to only be consumed by your accommodation.

• No glass or rubbish to be left outside of your accommodations.

• All BBQ's must be well raised, No disposable BBQ’s allowed, Fire pits only allowed if well raised, no bonfires or ground fires. If a bonfire is lit or grass is damaged, you can be fined a £50-£500 fee for damages to grass caused.

• No ash is to be disposed of on the campsite – we ask of you to dispose of your ash correctly offsite, however, in some circumstances if you wish for help disposing ash please ask for use of one of the campsites metal buckets, never throw or dispose of on our land, in our cess pit or in our bins, this can cause a fire – if we find you doing so you will have to pay for the above, fines are £50-£500.

• No loud noise or music at anytime.

• Quiet time is form 10pm onwards and if excessive noise is made, we may ask you to leave immediately for fine you between £50-£500.

• Fishing only by appointment and to be paid for and booked in advance with a valid license, no barb hooks to be used.

• We encourage no use of the river, if you do use the river, it’s entirely at your own risk.

• No feeding any of our animals.

• No entering our private living space / area / garden / stables / courtyard.

• No children left unattended at anytime.

• 5 mph only when driving anywhere on site – we can give on the spot fines for driving over the limit £50.

• No cigarette butts to be left in fields, please dispose of these yourself when only safe to do so.

• Dogs to be kept on running leads / leads at all times – if not a £50 fine can be given.

• All guests cannot stay sited for more than 28 days on our site, (Riverside Farm / Riverside Farm Camping).

• Please be careful of trip hazards, the river, falling branches, rabbit holes and uneven surfaces.

• If there are any damages caused to Riverside Farm / Riverside Farm camping we have full rights to bill you or your party / parties and expect payment for any damages that may have been caused.

• We ask everyone to take great care and respect other guests and all family members and staff.

• Any illegal fishing, chopping down of trees or branches, abandoning waste other than household waste or damage to the campsite can incur fines up to £500.

• Any waste other than general household waste MUST be disposed of by yourselves off site, if you leave us big items like chairs, beds, BBQ’s etc and we see who this is via our CCTV we will ask for fees to be paid from £50 upwards.

• No driving to the loos or facilities, please access these on foot.

• All guests to be left by 11am on day of departure, late check out may be obtained in some cases up until 12noon – if you wish to stay later & space is available then this will be charged at the going day rate of your booking.

• All payments for camping MUST be made prior to or on arrival.

• No access to the site prior to or after your booked dates of stay.

• If you rent a fire pit, croquet set, boules and these come back broken or with missing pieces we shall ask for you to pay for a similar set again.


Final note: We expect and want everyone to have a lovely, happy, memory-making time, and safe stay at Riverside Farm/ Riverside Farm campsite. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do living here and being able to share it with you. Being a very small family run business we work hard behind the scenes. We rely on our repeat customers and them informing friends and family of their great stay and enjoyment with us. We wish for all to make amazing memories, breathe in the fresh air deeply, listen to the birds sing, watch the ducks and swans swim by, relax, rest, unwind, take a moment with what mother nature has to offer and of course... look up and star gaze!
